Mahila Utkarsh Mandal, Patan is proud to announce the commencement of a Skill-cum-Livelihood Training Program focused on Eco-Friendly Jute Bag Making, with generous sponsorship and support from SDBI Bank under its CSR initiative.

This program aims to empower rural and urban women by equipping them with sustainable skills that promote both environmental responsibility and financial independence. Participants will receive comprehensive hands-on training in designing, cutting, stitching, and finishing of reusable jute bags, covering a wide range of products such as shopping bags, gift bags, and customized utility bags.

The initiative not only addresses environmental concerns by reducing the use of plastic but also provides women with an opportunity to establish a steady source of income through small-scale entrepreneurship. Experienced trainers will guide participants through each stage of production and marketing, helping them develop quality craftsmanship and business acumen.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive certificates of training and starter kits to help them begin their entrepreneurial journey.
